Project consisted of fitout of 30,000 Square feet of laboratories and offices, installation of a remote cooling tower and the installation of a new boiler and large capacity chiller in the Power Plant.

The facility required a complete demolition down to the concrete shell of the building and replacement of all HVAC, Plumbing, Gas, Telecom, Electrical Systems; replacement of all windows; interior fitout of all floors.  The floors included laboratory modules and office modules.  In addition to the main project of the building, a new cooling tower was added remote to the building as well as new boilers and water pump systems added in the boiler plant building.
