        Assisting in developing contract documents (drawings and specifications) for Educational and Healthcare facilities.  With use of Revit 2012 for drawings and MS-Word for specification writing, detailing and creating documents for a New Academic Building at William Paterson University (80ksf).

    • Established procedures for construction of and directed Government interests in the complete demolition and new construction of laboratories at the USDA-Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.The project consists of 30,000 SF of laboratories and offices spread over 4 floors, installation of new cooling towers, chiller and boiler.
