Our client wanted their existing downstairs addition to be made larger, they wanted to kitchen to be rebuilt, and fireplace to be added, along with a little pantry/hall and a half bath to be added.  The upstairs old sleeping porch was to be made into a master suite, the laundry room moved, and the hall bath reworked to allow for more function.
