I was in charge of a total house remodel. The inside was completed gutted down to studs and sub-floor (except the original hardwood flooring). The house required all new electrical and plumbing, new drywall, new ceilings, recessed lighting, new kitchen and 2 bathrooms, new paint, new flooring, new laundry room, new appliances, 2 new exterior doors, a reworked carport, and a new fence. I was responsible for finding the right people to do the work and get it completed on time.

I was responsible for the residential projects for the firm, which specialized in Historic Preservation. While there I developed my computer drafting skills, learned how to measure a site, and learned how to communicate with clients about their needs and wants for their project. I also helped organize the sample library and our other resource libraries.
