Plains, Georgia-Dining Room  renovations

Denville-New second floor consisting of  Master Suite. Renovated  Kitchen.

Warren- New First Floor Master Suite, Mudroom and Laundry linked to existing kitchen, permitting Great Room option with minimal alteration

Watchung-Entrance Porch and walk, expanded Dining Room, new Family Room and Playroom on the First Floor. The second floor scope of work included of three expanded Children’s Bedrooms and Bath, and a new Master Suite.  The house received all new roofing, siding, windows, and interior finishes.

Watchung-Phase One: Expanded Kitchen and Rear Terrace, upgraded Family Room, Sun Porch, Front Porch and Walks, and all new roofing, siding, windows and interior finishes. Phase Two: New 6-car Garage with Workshop, Storage Loft and racks for storing two additional cars.

Warren-New Foyer and Potting Room, expanded Guest Bedrooms and Bath, and an expanded Master Suite and Front Porch and Walk.  New roofing, siding, windows and interior finishes were installed throughout.

Bernardsville-Expanded Kitchen and Family Room, new Breakfast Room, Bar Room, Billiard Room  and enclosure of the existing  sun porch, creating a Study on the First Floor.  The existing two-car garage was expanded into an oversized three-car garage.

The Second Floor received an expanded Master Bath, new Master Sitting Area, Dressing Area and Closets, new Guest Bedroom, Bath, Loft, and Children’s Bath.

The existing Finished walk-out Basement was expanded below the area of the addition to incorporate a new Servant’s Quarters, new Bath, and Entertainment Room with Kitchen.

The entire interior and exterior of the house received new finishes and services.

Two new interior stairs were installed and the existing interior stair was upgraded.

The rear of the house received new Open and Covered on-grade Terraces, and new Raised Terraces with staircases to grade, accessed from the Basement and First Floor respectively.
