The SGVTC building was designed to be the administrative center of a non-profit organization and computer training center for the mentally and physically challenged.

The exterior design incorporated different textured CMU so that the facade changed in appearance as the sun moved through the sky. The interior office spaces where treated as separate objects floating within the confines of the structural grid.

The project was unfortunately canceled due to budget problems when the local fire authority requested that the non-profit organization pay for additional hydrants on an adjacent street beyond what was needed for the new building.
