As a favor to a friend I put together a set of construction documents for a friend seeking to renovate a single family dwelling she had just purchased.

The Project consisted of striping and replacing all interior finished surfaces, redesigning the restrooms with a building addition, redesigning the kitchen, adding an addition to one bedroom, and general upgrades to meet current title 24 and code requirements.
