5 bedroom, 6 bath, 2 story lake house, designed for Big Bear City, California. Project sits on the shore of the lake.  It has a floating garage that contains two 12' slips for the water toys and two car garage above ground and a space for ATV's or 2 motorcycles.  There is an underground enthusiast garage for six vehicles.  This 4000 sf project is designed with geothermal power plant and a radiant heating roof system.

This project was initially designed as a class demonstration to show my students what the program can do.  Recently, there has been interests from outside sources.
