Murray Hill Cardiology is a 2,000 sq.ft. specialty doctor's office operated by two main doctors specializing in cardiology. Before executing the design, students were required to research their assigned specialty to identify the requirements needed to operate an office for their specific practice. The cardiology office consists of three standard exam rooms, along with a cardio stress testing exam room and a sonogram testing room. The design concept for the facility was inspired directly by the functions of the heart which works consistently to provide steady blood flow throughout the body.
