The Montefibre is an abandoned industrial area where the Italian regulatory plan forecasts a mixed development of commercial, residential and tertiary who must adapt to the prior existence of a school and a park on the river Dora, guaranteeing large amounts of greenand high quality public spaces  to make the new development a pole of attraction for the upper middle class.
