The concept of ‘creating a connection’ through the length of this site is the basis of our design. The flow of people through the site is guided by the shape of the buildings, the spaces between them, and the landscape that enhances the natural experience.

The placement of buildings on the site suggests a sense of ‘movement’ and ‘fluidity’ across, originating the composition of buildings from the center. The buildings form concentric relationships to this center and suggest a focus towards it. They are curved  to soften the appearance of the massing and shape against the landscape. A network of easily accessible spaces also provide the basic framework for generating activity and innovation.
