The design intent for this confidential client’s HQ campus is to bring a variety of facilities to the podium of the buildings, connecting the innovation center, entry building, workplace and multipurpose buildings. We strategically  ‘scattered’ services and facilities throughout the campus, inside and out, to connect to the landscape, allowing internal and external use of the campus. This combination of workplace, meeting centers, training facilities, health and wellbeing  facilities, retail stores and food and beverage areas creates a dynamic pedestrian pattern and energy within the campus.
