Centrally located Learning Resources Center for the San Joaquin Delta College Campus, dating from the 70's, was almost entirely 'gutted and skinned' and rebuilt in a better and more suiting manner (to the 21st century), with some additions. Worked as Job Captain and CA for SKW.
