During my time working at Salvadeo Architects firm, I had the opportunity to design this gorgeous custom home sitting in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A long time client of Salvadeos, who resided in Staten Island wanted to move to Fort Lauderdale, Florida but felt comfortable working on the design phase with the firm and myself. The owner contacted a local Architect that would file and approve CD's with the local municipalities. I visited the site with the owner to study the surrounding homes, the environment and ocean views at the end of the Cul-de-sac to capture the oceans unique views.
