energetic work morale, motivated to ensure my team is professional and organized, and my

I have over twenty years of experience as an Architect, and my work ranges from residential, to
commercial, industrial and manufacture building.

I embrace the responsibilities of a team leader. I understand that to have a successful team I will
need to organize the members, maintain a breakdown of work responsibilities, schedules of
projects and milestones, and ensure everyone’s clear understanding of the project with a written
scope that clearly identifies all of the project’s deliverables and objectives.

Skills include:

  • Strengths include residential, commercial and manufacture district applications with a primary focus in architectural / civil design development as well as various levels of administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent capacities to multitask, organize, and motivate teams on focused goals.
  • Perform all aspects of NYC Zoning Resolution / NYC Building Code analysis.
  • Organize construction documents for review / approval by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (M.T.A.) engineers when building within the influence of a subway.
