A factory space turned residence juxtaposes rustic warmth and sleek finishes in this modern condominium in the heart of Indianapolis. Raw, industrial elements like open and exposed ceilings and exposed brick contrast the rich finishes and textiles used throughout the space. By incorporating the client's native home of Dubai through lighting, art and fabric, the home is given a unique, Middle Eastern flair. Also complying with ADA standards, all design choices were made to accommodate for wheel chair use without compromising style and functionality.
