This complex consists of a 7-story 210 unit mixed-use multi-family housing community atop three levels of subterranean parking. This project includes a Leasing Office, Courtyard Deck with swimming pool and outdoor dining/ cooking facilities, rooftop garden, rooftop Spa, and a multi-story Gymnasium. 

This $35,000,000.00 project is scheduled for completion in early 2013 and is expected to be delivered three months ahead of schedule , under budget and with fewer than 50 Architectural RFI's.
