“It is with great pleasure to provide this recommendation on behalf of Rhoden Skyles II, AIA. I had the pleasure of hiring Rhoden while at Harley Ellis Devereaux. Rhoden tremendously smart and efficient. He comes from a family of Architects, so his passion for the profession is inherently clear. While at HED Rhoden was a Senior Architect on many Higher Education and K-12 projects. His ability to lead, mentor and direct the team is commendable. Rhoden remains very active in several of the AIA Chapters and he continues to develop as an Architect. Rhoden would be a great asset to any team, firm or committee needing the expertise of a well versed Senior level Architect.” June 26, 2012 Derrick Washington, Principal, Harley Ellis Devereaux managed Rhoden Skyles at Harley Ellis Devereaux

Project Manager VTBS “Soon after graduating from USC, I had the chance to work under Rhoden's guidance. Rhoden is a very experienced architect a wonderful teacher who loves to share his extensive understanding of the practice. He went to great lengths to help me realize my capabilities and improve them. He has a calm demeanor and is very patient which makes him an excellent problem solver as well.
