$250M entertainment center located at the hilltop on the Universal Studios lot.  Project was originally entitled for 460,000 square feet of entertainment, retail, restaurant, and office uses.  Project was built in three phases, with the first phase consisting of 160,000 square feet of primarily retail/restaurant uses with some offices, classrooms and associated parking structures.  The second phase consisted primarily of 80,000 square feet of offices, and 20,000 square feet of retail uses.  The last phase consisted of 100,000 square feet of retail/restaurant use and another parking structure.
