$315M Urban mixed-use project containing 200,000 sf of ground floor retail and restaurant space, 14-screen multiplex theater, 100,000 sf of campus office space, 470 units of student housing (1400 beds), and 1,950 space underground parking garage.  This is a public-private partnership with the developer being a not-for-profit auxiliary of SDSU, and project being developed in conjunction with the City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency under California Redevelopment law.  Selected as Smart Growth/City of Villages Pilot project by City of San Diego.
