Two important ideas of this design is open lab and using traditional building components in an innovative way.

My job:
Designed tile installation detail on facade / provided more than 20 furniture layout options / provide options for ceiling design / cooperated with consultant MEP engineer and structure engineer to work out pipe (electricity, water, air) layout ( Electricity and water pipes go through the beam directly and air pipes come through beam ends so there is no needs for additional height under the beams to accommodate the pipes)
