A cruise ship is an offshore city within itself; it contains stability lines which isolate sport, luxury, and complete interiority. Disecting the cruise ship into its constituent parts allows for multiple types of reconfigurability; different types of cruise ship configurations create specificity within an island. Three islands are created outside of Chicago, using the parameters of sport, luxury, and cruise to nowhere.
