Situated on the Chicago River, the proposal seeks to create a housing typology that integrates private ameneties within each tower, while creating a ground condition that utilizes the river’s infrastructure. Each tower is made up of four unit massings. Each Unit massing contains between one and four types of housing unit. by aggregating the units in a  way that creates variances in the void structure, spacial iterations ideal for specific amenities are produced.
