The Educatiorium is a mixed use building typology that requires a diverse arrangement of programs evolving from functions of living, playing and working.  Separately, each program isolates their function in their appropriate spaces. However, the educatiorium’s circulation visually and physically carves away the boundaries between programs to create a condition that allows users to inhabit multiple spaces at once.  The public access to the functional spaces excavates new pods of hybridized space by pulling from the adjacent programmed spaces.  The visual connection across multiple programs allows the architecture to become an educator.
