Combination of renovation and new construction to transform existing 1/2 day vocational school into a full day, full year high school.  New construction of 150,000 SF and renovation of 100,000 SF, for a student core of 1200, with a budget of $24.3 Million.

Challenges included phased construction for continual occupancy.  Led production of bid documents - drawings and specs - and assisted with CA duties, including color selections.
