#SPACIALISTS developed 3D visualizations for this absolute stunner in Corona Del Mar, CA. 239 Carnation was designed by architect Andrew Goetz and is currently coming up under the direction of developer, Steve Perkins and Mola Builders. In the renderings shown here, the property is brought to life, not only through the accurately executed architectural models and captivating textures of the building features, but also through the complex topography of the hillside and shrubbery designed by our architectural artists.

SPACIALISTS was able to produce multiple garage, driveway, rear design, and roof options made possible through the use of #ArchiCAD. Capturing actual bay footage by #drone was a key component to the finished hillside renderings as well as modeling the homes on either side of 239 Carnation in order to better manipulate the final images.
