The site is located in one of Barcelona’s oldest neighborhood: Barri Gotic. I is also close to an empty space that has created much controversy in recent years.  Thus, the project have to fit perfectly within the neighborhood and its neighbors.  The project develops an strategy to maintain the facade of the XIX century building and creates an expansion of itself.
