A world-class, mixed-use development master plan provides 22-million square feet of new residential, office, convention and commercial space. The district will feature an expanded 1-million square feet Matrade Convention Center and a 550 meter tall tower -- One Malaysia, a new modern landmark for Kuala Lumpur.

Office Projects

Chinese Academy of Science Information Tower, Beijing, China, 2012 with KlingStubbins
A 67,000 sm office tower plus data center as the heart of China’s furture .cn domain access portal. The project is located along a major urban road near Beijing’s “silicon valley”. Since the release of the design concept, this project has received many attention from the local design community due to its high profile and visibility. The project construction will be completed by the end of 2013.

MASDAR Headquarter, Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2007-2009 with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture
Winning scheme of an international public competition. The original design was fully developed to construction document, currently under bidding process. The MASDAR Headquarters is aimed to be the world first positive energy building, generates more energy than it consumes. Located in the zero carbon, zero waste MASDAR City outside of Abu Dhabi, the project includes office, retail, transit circulation and incorporates landscaped green space.
