The design of this building revolves around the idea of  curves or "waves" of the ocean as well as a human body. the building curves horizontally as well as vertically, with three towers featuring a transparent metal mesh skin. one wall is a solid ,comprised of metal panels featuring an outside deck running the whole length of the building. The opposite, is a glass curtain wall with curved sections.
