This project used an existing "brown field" site, was designed to work in a historical context with a "mill building" theme and was built in 90 days. It features clerestory natural lighting, excellent site planning with safe/ rapid access and minimalist but adequate canopy lighting. It as high volume station that has served the client well for several years and often gets design compliments with regard to many drab places we fill up the tank.
