Greetings fellow designers, architects, artisans, engineers and people of integrity,
This architect is a highly talented/skilled long-term ArchiCad user who thoroughly enjoys designing particularly with virtual modeling. My skills are diverse yet honed with respect to others working in the building industry. By this I mean that growing up in a family of German constructors/artisans awarded me a keen sense of materials, a love/passion for designing the built environment and the ability to creative problem solve. For some time I have strived to provide excellent service to clients, arrive at the optimum solution for design challenges and offer users a unique stimulating experience. That being said this architect is looking to "bloom" more or less, has surely not reached a zenith and like others in this economy is very eager for new challenges explore a new design paradigm with other creative fun loving people.
I believe the greatest gift architects can offer the world is "public art" that promotes a sense of wonder or question. Like all living creatures we humans must evolve and it's a great thing that we constantly strive to better ourselves and improve our standard of living or "way of life".
What I can contribute is integrity, creativity, leadership, quality camaraderie, versatility, tenacity and a keen sense of respect/fairness. I have many fine personal traits that translate into very good working relationships with clients and a wide range of skills with great passion/desire for quality design work that becomes a quality built environment. I know what it takes to put buildings together thus the drawing work comes naturally, understand that there are often many hurdles in regulatory bodies thus experience to draw upon and believe that we'd al be better off to debunk "mcMansion" type stereotypical thinking in design of all built things or human endeavors. The sooner we all think of ourselves as "living in concert" with the earth and the natural resources bestowed upon us the better we all will be. The Gaia principle that all things are related: as we are so will be the world, life is what we make of it.......
Thanks for having a look,
