A 225 unit Family Apartment complex on 12.8 acres of land. The project includes fourteen 2-and 3-story residence buildings and a 6,000 s.f. Community Building with multiple on-site amenities. The design concept was to create a Tuscan-inspired “neighborhood.” Parking-shelter-mounted photovoltaic panels offset power usage for common areas and the Community Building.

Responsibilities: Assisted with Preliminary Design, Design Development, and Contract Document production.
