A new Headquarters campus for the City of Indio Police Department consisting of a 130,000 s.f. Main Headquarters building, free standing firearms training facility, and vehicle maintenance building. The HQ building includes a 70-bed Type I Jail and 911 Dispatch call center in addition to a full service forensics lab. Rooftop photovoltaic panels are designed to provide ~25% of anticpated power requirements. The project meets the owner’s anticipated 30-year city infrastructure development plan.

Responsibilities: Participated in space planning and development of Preliminary Design package, including plan resolution and coordination of preliminary consultant work.
