This project is about a small hotel in Madrid's center.

It is designed to obtain an equivalency between its consumtion and its energy generation. We had a great concern, not only on its efficiency, but on its accustic design and integration.

It was developed during a subject of mechanical systems, so they were deeply studied and calculated every matter on:

- water and waste management

- energy management

-climatization

- lightning and electricity
