The proposed project at St. Joseph’s Church, a 1913 San Francisco Landmark Building, includes seismic strengthening, accessibility, and various renovations that will bring the property into compliance with current health and safety codes. Additionally, the proposed project will repair, rehabilitate, and maintain the exterior and interior architectural features that convey the building’s historic significance in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation while converting the building’s use from a 17,000sf church to a 22,000sf office building.
