This luxurious private residence occupies a half acre site in Hawaiian Big Island and is composed of five detached pavilions. Buildings are surrounded by wooden decks, water features and various landscape areas. At the north side of property, overlooking nearby ocean beaches, there is recreation area with swimming pool, spa and free-standing gazebo -"lanai" located. Exterior finishes are a combination of large fenestration, textured plaster and coral stone accents. The interior is influenced by South-Asian architecture with tropical wood paneling, bamboo ceilings and exposed teak wood structure.
