About 

I am an architect with 25 years of experience in a variety of project types, such as retail, corporate interiors, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family residential, affordable housing and higher-ed. I am extremely familiar with local building codes and regulatory framework. I am well versed in all aspects of an architectural project, from initial concept and schematic studies through construction administration. My interest lies in using a holistic approach to develop contextual, sustainable, innovative and efficient design solutions, while encouraging collaborative process with all team members. My design sensibility allows me to 
invent, develop and graphically depict imaginative, yet realistic and marketable design concepts for architectural projects based on the client's explanation of project goals and aspirations.

Designing new facilities – 12,000 sq. ft retail space for USCG Exchange (budget $3 M.)
Renovation of existing building – complete renovation and interior redesign of two student dormitories, (89,000 sq. ft., budged $6.5 M.) Redesign and conversion of existing offices into retail space (1,200 sq.ft., budget $0.3 M.) Redesign and renovation project of existing training buildings of A&C Coast Guard Schools.
Several other design projects necessary to bring the existing objects into compliance with most current State, Federal and ADA regulations.

High-end renovation and new designs for private residences with total $120 M located in Bay Area, Minnesota and Hawaii.
