I am an architect with 25 years of experience in a variety of project types, such as retail, corporate interiors, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family residential, affordable housing and higher-ed. I am extremely familiar with local building codes and regulatory framework. I am well versed in all aspects of an architectural project, from initial concept and schematic studies through construction administration. My interest lies in using a holistic approach to develop contextual, sustainable, innovative and efficient design solutions, while encouraging collaborative process with all team members. My design sensibility allows me to 
invent, develop and graphically depict imaginative, yet realistic and marketable design concepts for architectural projects based on the client's explanation of project goals and aspirations.

Designing new facilities – 12,000 sq. ft retail space for USCG Exchange (budget $3 M.)
Renovation of existing building – complete renovation and interior redesign of two student dormitories, (89,000 sq. ft., budged $6.5 M.) Redesign and conversion of existing offices into retail space (1,200 sq.ft., budget $0.3 M.) Redesign and renovation project of existing training buildings of A&C Coast Guard Schools.
Several other design projects necessary to bring the existing objects into compliance with most current State, Federal and ADA regulations.

Major projects and accomplishment:
220 000 sq.ft., 20 floor residential high-rise condominium in San Francisco, consisting of 179 top quality apartments, two-level parking garage and high quality building amenities and common areas. 50,000 sq. ft, 8 floor, high-end condominium building in San Francisco including 26 of high-quality, modern apartments and two level parking garage.
High-end renovation and new designs for private residences with total $120 M located in Bay Area, Minnesota and Hawaii.

Incorporating of existing post-soviet "Palace of Culture and Science" into a new, up-to-date urban design of one of the largest "empty lot" in the Capital of Poland.


The Best Diploma Project, 1st Place

Graduation Diploma Project for The Modular System of Underground Train Stations was announced as the best 1988 graduation project in Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Wroclaw University of Technology.
