For the upper cabinets of the media & library sections in Alder wood, the design architect used a
custom mix of Southwestern style Sombraje, to create screens of natural and hand-painted twigs,
used on the diagonal to entertain the eye with texture and direction. A compact, custom designed
pull out and fold out desk by the designer, provided the requested functions of an expanding home
office. Motion is repeated on the opposite wall with wall mounted bookshelves set asymmetrically.
The tiered architectural molding allows for low voltage lighting.
