Working with 3 other students, we made the team 'Terra Studio.' Terra Studio aims to promote the health and vitality of the urban Lansing community through a renovation of the second floor of the Christman Building. We foresee a wellness center increasing traffic because it offers a commercial facility unique to the area. A cafe, yoga studio, spa and local food market will create a balance between the health of both the interior environment and its users. Carrying over the Christman building's green initiative, our vision is to keep the historic integrity of the space in a sustainable manner.
