Berenblum Busch Architecture (BBA) designed the new offices and maintenance building for Seaboard Marine at the Port of Miami. The 16,600 square-foot project will be completed in 2016. Seaboard Marine’s new steel fabricated building will provide a much needed upgrade to company’s current facility. The offices will include parking for up to 200 vehicles, maintenance warehouse for trucks, management offices at the port, and parts storage facility. BBA was awarded this project based on its extensive experience handling a wide variety of transportation projects at the Port of Miami and elsewhere, including the new Cruise Terminal in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
