Originally designed by Albert Anis in the late 50's, as part of the MIMO movement in Miami Beach, the 178 room waterfront Seagull Hotel, was well known as a center of events and parties for the Hollywood Crowd descending in Miami Beach to have fun during winter.
The hotel is in current state of disrepair, having suffered through several unsuccessful renovations over the years. The new owners, retained Berenblum Busch Architecture to design a renovation that, while respectful to its historical past, brings back the lost glamour and adds a contemporary twist in line with modern resort needs.
