The project asked for a tourist information center in a terrain overlooking the mountains of Quito. The view from the site is quite astonishing, which is why, instead of building up, I buried the project so anyone could appreciate its beauty. I separated the center into 3 levels: public, mixed, and private, with every space having a view of the valley and access to its surrounding park.
