Competition swimming pool with amenities building, and mechanical, and support building.  Buildings where sited and designed to deflect prevailing winds over the pool surface.  Simple and durable CMU and wood frame construction was used for both buildings, ensuring ample funds for the pool and related systems.  Mechanical and support building designed to accept future photovoltaic system on the roof.
