About

Over the past 36 years, I have held the dual position of Project Manager and Architect for which I have been responsible for the programming, design, construction, and management of several million dollars in new facility and building modifications each year.  As a leader of the project team, I have established an excellent track record of meeting customer expectations, and working within schedule and budget limitations.

I am a registered architect in California ,Washington state, New Zealand, and Queensland, Australia; and a member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA). I am NCARB certified.

My experience has afforded me exposure to numerous facets of project management including; preparing conceptual and schematic designs, leading and managing the project team, scheduling, cost estimating, project tracking, interfacing with clients and consultants, organizing and preparing contract documents, and construction management.  In addition, I have 15 years experience in programming, designing, and constructing complex, cutting edge laboratory projects that have been very successful in the competitive R&D marketplace.

I have a strong design aesthetic, effective communication skills, professional integrity, and a high devotion to my work.  I look forward to hearing from you in the future to schedule an interview at our mutual convenience.  I am confidant that I can make a positive contribution to your organization.
