This project was designed for the terrain located at the corner of Av. Governador Juvenal Lamartine and Prudente de Morais Avenue in Tirol neighborhood, at Natal-RN, Brazil. It was a design during the second semester of the year 2008, for the discipline of Project 02, lectured by the teacher and architect Marcelo Tinôco. It evolved through the semester to its final form, seen in purple.
The plan is for a Culture Center and contains: 1 book store, 3 convenience stores, a exposition hall, 1 dance class room, 1 theory class room, 1 circus art teaching room, a staircase, 1 adapted elevator, one pantry, a worker’s dressing room, 3 WC pairs, 1 library, a coordination room, 1 food court and a belvedere. 
It has two kinds of coverage, one is a shallow vegetal coverage and the other uses an impermeable system with decorative and ornamental rocks. The original topography of the terrain was maintained and an individual of Mangifera indica, already existent, was used on the landscaping project.
