Baldo’s Urban Restoration

The project proposes the urban restoration of the area under the Baldo’s Overpass, containing a section of the Baldo’s Stream and the Tamandaré Square; the overall area is 35000m². Its limits are defined by the Cel. José Bernardo Street, Meira e Sá Street, Olinto Meira Street, Ernani Silveira Street, Régulo Tinoco Street and the Mermoz Street. Insert on the boundary between 4 central neighborhoods in town - Cidade Alta, Alecrim, Tirol e Barro Vermelho –, the area of intervention shapes as a circulation canal that structures all the town of Natal.
