16' x 7' x 7' attached, 1 story, front entry porch in very poor condition that needs removal and replacing. It is concrete over block, covered and the roof and rails need replacement as well.

Client would like to have the porch and steps rebuilt in block or concrete and faced with stone. A wooden porch was also a possibility. Client's wish was also to refresh the brick storefront and remove the awning. Ideally the finished porch and storefront facelift would result in a more modern feel. In addition residence is located in a densely populated urban neighborhood and client would like the design to discourage loitering on the stoop and the area between the porch and the sidewalk.

The budget is $20,000.
