(top) This design build project took on the construction of a children's play room as an addition to an existing house. All parts of demolition, construction, budget and design was a joint effort by the studio.

GrowDat [Youth Farm]

(bottom) This design build took on the construction and design of a new head quarters for GrowDat Youth Farm. This project is considered the largest design /build project ever undertaken by a University.
