Background
This project explores architecture of the superficies through the use of mathematically derived minimal surface geometries. Autonomous species of minimal surface cells are finessed as architectural substance at on extreme maintaining internal coherence while at other approaching the monstrous as individual geometric species begin to corrupt technical operation, fueled by the predilections of contemporary design tools such as NURBS surface modeling and CNC fabrication techniques, and as a discourse concerning the relationship between substance and surface are
established.
