• New high-end retail space in downtown Ann Arbor: renovation of existing bank building, down to floor and roof structure, including new masonry front on Liberty Street and extension of retail space into attached Liberty Square building
• Produced design, presentation, site plan approval, and construction documents for three distinct projects at the site, including detailed renderings; new three-story retail and office building revised to one-story solution due to market conditions
• Worked on multiple projects at Liberty Square, a converted two-story enclosed mall with multi-story parking structure above, including a 16,000 office space for the U of M English Language Institute and as-built CAD drawings and space calculations for the 200,000sf complex
